⭐The Front Porch Package is added to the Lofted Barn or the Utility Shed. Package includes a 4’ Deep porch, 8’ walls (Utility), 1-nine lite window, house style door and 3-2x3 windows. They're available in widths of 8’ 10’ 12' and 14' and up to 40' long. Other options are 2x6 framing, 12" on center floor joists, more windows, house style doors, barn doors (single or double), a rollup garage door, 3/4" flooring, heaver snow loads, 3-tier shelves, a workbench and lofting.

⭐Old Hickory Sheds are made with 4x6 pressure treated skids and they're notched for the pressure treated floor joists. The floor is 5/8" or 3/4" Tongue & Grove plywood flooring. The siding is either 1/2” T1-11 Douglas Fir finished with a water sealer (Honey Gold), 5/8" T1-11 pressure treated pine with solid cedar trim also Honey Gold or 1/2" LP that can be painted with a choice of 11 colors or colored stained with Urethan with a choice of 5 colors. 19 color choices of metal roofing or 3 colors of singles. 30, 60 or 140 lb snow load. All our buildings come with a 5-year warrantee.
