the pressure treated floor joists. The floor is 5/8" or 3/4" Tongue & Grove plywood flooring. The siding
is either 1/2” T1-11 Douglas Fir finished with a water sealer (Honey Gold), 5/8" T1-11 pressure treated
pine with solid cedar trim also Honey Gold or 1/2" LP that can be painted with a choice of 11 colors
or colored stained with Urethan with a choice of 5 colors. 19 color choices of metal roofing or 3 colors
of singles. 30, 60 or 140 lb snow load. All our buildings come with a 5-year warrantee.
