How can I recover my HSBC username in UAE? ›

How can I recover my online banking username? If you can't remember your online banking username, please call us on +971 42274310 (within and outside UAE) and we can provide you with this information.

If you can't remember your username, or it is not recognised at log on, you can retrieve it by following the 'Forgot your Username' link in online banking or on your mobile app. You'll be asked a set of questions and the username will be shown on screen. You can change your username once you've logged on.

You can find your bank account number on your bank statements or through your online and mobile banking accounts. In some cases, your account number is printed at the bottom of your cheques.
